The GolfFins Pro is a unique golf full swing trainer designed to strengthen and loosen the muscle groups involved in a golf swing while maintaining proper swing tempo.
Ordinary swing weights can lead to improper tempo when swinging clubs prior to play. With the GolfFins Pro, the amount of resistance that you feel is related to how hard you are swinging the club! By keeping your tempo in check, the GolfFins Pro will prevent your hands and arms from getting ahead of your body.
With the GolfFins Pro, YOU control the amount of 'weight' resistance. Begin warm up with slow swings and progress to higher swing speeds, increasing the resistance from the GolfFins.

PORTABILITY
|
The PATENTED GolfFins Pro is approx. 8.5 ounces, expands to approx. (70) sq" and is ideal for both the professional and the weekend golfer. The surface wind resistance is approx. (14) times the wind resistance of a standard driver. In addition, the GolfFins Pro has an innovative 'offset' design which allows the user to work on correcting a slice or a hook. |

WARM UP
|
The PATENTED GolfFins Pro is actually a multi-function full swing golf training aid and warm up device. The variable wind resistance of the fins forces you to 'work' through the release (impact) of the swing, whereas the weight helps to stretch the muscles on the backswing and the follow through......the same way that swinging 2 or 3 clubs together stretches you during warm up. The harder you swing, the more resistance and stretching benefit you will feel. |

MUSCLE MEMORY
|
One of the main reasons why the pros are so consistent is the fact that they don't think nearly as much about their swing (while they are swinging) as the weekend golfer does. This is because they hit so many balls during practice sessions that their swing becomes natural and second nature. Their 'swinging' muscles have learned to do the right thing just as simply as the normal person's legs learn to walk without thinking about each step.....muscle memory. The GolfFins Pro helps to keep your backswing slower and more controlled (due to weight and wind resistance), but more importantly, it trains your muscles to work harder at the time when power is actually generated....the downswing and release point. |

STRENGTHENING
|
The GolfFins Pro not only builds muscle memory, it also builds muscle strength. It combines weight to the backswing like the Weighted Sock and wind resistance to the downswing...exactly like the Power Swing Fan. After 3 or 4 practice swings, the club feels like a feather during your actual swing at the ball. It makes no difference what skill level you are at, the GolfFins Pro will develop actual and 'perceived' strength. |

'RELEASE' TRAINING
|
One of the most important contributors to a long ball golf swing is called the 'release'......and yet, it is the most invisible components. This is the point, just before striking the ball, where you break your wrists. If you look at long ball hitters like Fred Couples and Ernie Els, they look effortless as they power through the ball. This is because their 'release' is strong and almost invisible.
When you practice swinging with the GolfFins Pro, the greatest wind resistance occurs at the time that the clubhead speed is the greatest....which should be at the release point. It takes extra effort to break your wrists at this point due to the resistance. After using this extra effort during your 3-4 practice swings with the GolfFins Pro attached, you will notice how much easier it is to 'release' at the time of maximum clubhead speed with the GolfFins removed. This is why it works so well on every tee....and not just the first tee.

HOOKING or SLICING
|
The GolfFins Pro is designed to help in correcting those nasty hooks and slices. A simple rotation of the fins on the shaft creates an imbalance of the wind resistance which forces the swing plane either 'inside-to-out' or 'outside-to-in', depending upon which direction it is rotated. You will still get the benefits of 'wind resistance' warm up......with the added benefit of forcing inside-out and outside-in swings, which helps to offset the hook and slice. It's AMAZING how this combination of functions trains your muscles to prepare for the first couple of holes. |
